“Once in a Lifetime Experience” raffle is being conducted by the "McGregor Volunteer Fire Department Inc" (from here out known as "MVFD"), located at 302 S Madison Ave, McGregor, TX 76657 and sponsored Blue Hills Ranch.  MVFD is a non-profit organization under the IRS code section 501(c)(3).  All proceeds will benefit MVFD operational needs. Raffle ticket sales will begin on September 5th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., and end on November 7th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.  Entries are $10.00 each, or 6 for $50.00. In order to enter the raffle, visit http://www.mcgregorfire.org, or purchase a physical ticket from a member of the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department. You do not have to be present to win. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Prize will include 3 days, 2 nights in the Safari Giraffe Villa for up to 8 guests at Blue Hills Ranch.  Prize will include all inclusive lodging, food, tours.  Travel will not be provided.  Based on availability of Blue Hills Ranch. Winner will be chosen on November 7th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. CST.  The winning ticket will be randomly selected from all eligible tickets sold. Results will be posted on McGregor Volunteer Fire Departments social media page, as well as the winner will be notified by email or via phone.  The prize has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.  By entering the raffle, you are releasing the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department, as well as Blue Hills Ranch from all liability (McGregor Volunteer Fire Department INC, nor Blue Hills Ranch, are not responsible for accidents or any other liability related to this drawing). Winner and guests must comply with Blue Hills Ranch's normal reservation requirements, policies, rules and participant waivers. Attempts will be made to contact the winner of the raffle by both phone and email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the drawing, at the discretion of the MVFD Board of Directors, another entry will be randomly chosen.   If the winner is deemed ineligible, or refuses the prize, another drawing will occur to choose an alternative winner. If for any unforeseen circumstances may arise, McGregor Volunteer Fire Department Inc reserves the right to modify rules, suspend the drawing, or change dates of the drawing, at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department.  Any disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department.  Prize shall be redeemed by winner or their designee at the McGregor Volunteer Fire Station.  Members of the McGregor Volunteer Fire Department and their immediate family members are ineligible to win. For purposes of these rules, immediate family members include any person residing in the same household as an MVFD member.
